How do I invite family members to my Party?
[Fill in once the invite flow is finalized — e.g. from Base Camp, open Party settings and send an invite via Messages or Mail. Invited members need an iCloud account to accept.]
How does Scout work?
Scout uses on-device text recognition to read items from a photo — no account or subscription needed. Scout Pro subscribers also get AI-suggested categories for list items.
Is my data private?
Yes — your lists live in your own iCloud account, not on a Northbaseworks server. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel my Scout Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your device, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Scavenger, and choose Cancel Subscription.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email [email protected] with what happened, your device model, and iOS version if you have it handy — that's usually enough to track down the issue quickly.
